With Firelands Virtual Care, getting medical treatment for minor illnesses and injuries is easier than ever. We bring the provider right to you, no matter where you are, with the quality you expect from Firelands Regional Health System. Just download the Firelands Virtual Care app and create an account to get started.

Firelands Virtual Care providers are available 24/7/365 and can see patients age 2 and older. Patients 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. During your secure video visit, a health care provider will ask you a few questions to assess your condition, provide a diagnosis and treatment plan, and if needed, give you a prescription for medication.

Our providers can see you for a variety of minor illnesses and injuries, including:

If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.
